All items are available for collection from Warrington, Cheshire unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
If you require delivery, a courier quote can be arranged. Please use our contact form to ask for a quote.
Please bear in mind we are a small family business run from home. We will endeavour to get your item to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
We have reliable, affordable couriers who can deliver nationwide. All items are insured to their purchase value. Items will be carefully wrapped for transit to ensure they reach you in stated, shown condition.
If there are any issues with couriers such as damage in transit or missing items, you must notify us witin 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any claims outside this period will not be considered. All original goods, documentation and packaging must be kept to be used in the event of a claim. Any damage in transit issues the buyer must take photographs of the box/ packaging before opening and also any damage to the item.
Any smaller items sent via parcel courier will be sent with a 3-5 working day lead time. Items are sent via insured post. The courier will usually contact you with a time slot for delivery if you provide a contact number or email.
We are committed to keeping our carbon footprint neutral or negative. In order to reduce waste, single use plastic, cardboard etc, we will aim to reuse packaging where appropriate so not all items will postedin a brand new box. Due to the nature of the items we sell which are, unless stated, all second hand they won't have their original packaging. Naturally everything will be safely wrapped for postage.
